Learn to hold anyone accountable, regardless of their power, position, or authority in this highly interactive workshop series.

The course teaches nine key skills for:

  • Resolving performance problems
  • Strengthening trust and reliability
  • Eliminating inconsistency in communication

Wednesdays, September 25 & October 2 and 9, 2024 | 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. CT

All workshop sessions are in-person.

Participants must commit to attending ALL three sessions.
